✧ Please checkout per group order! :)
✧ All group orders are for preorder. Most, if not all, of the group orders we host will still likely undergo a manufacturing and shipping period. Please read each listing's product description to check the estimated date of arrival (ETA) of each group order. Please do not order if you believe you cannot wait for the ETA.
✧ Please read through product descriptions and check photos carefully. Payment, order deadlines and ETAs are found on the descriptions; photos include item details like sizes and specifications. Once you've placed your order, we assume you are 100% sure and aware of the details regarding your order.
✧ For group orders tagged as "all in", the indicated price already includes all necessary transaction fees. There are no additional fees to be paid upon arrival other than shipping fees from us to you.
✧ For group orders tagged as "fees to follow", the indicated price is just the base price (occassionally including other basic fees) of the item so expect to pay additional fees on top of the indicated price. You will pay for these additional fees once the group order has arrived at our PH address. Aforementioned fees may include international shipping fees, transaction fees, customs fees and other miscellaneous fees. We'll provide an estimate for expected additional fees but do manage your expectations as final fees depend on the amount of orders in a group order. Order only if you are comfortable with paying these fees.
✧ Transactions will be done mostly through email so please be extra sure you are inputting your active email! We will not be responsible for missed announcements and arrival notices due to inaccessible email addresses. Kindly check your spam as well!
✧ NO PAYMENT = NO ORDER. Orders without payment will be cancelled. No pahabols once group order is secured.
✧ When making a payment, always submit your proof of payment form! NO PAYMENT FORM = NO PAYMENT.
✧ Remaining balance (if any) can be paid upon indicated payment deadline. Please check product descriptions for the payment deadline. For group orders in which remaining balance can be paid upon arrival (this means arrival at PH address), you can pay your remaining balance within 14 days after arrival notices have been sent. You may also choose to pay in full upfront.
✧ Kindly take note of any payment deadlines. Failure to pay by payment deadline will incur late payment fees of P10 per day after deadline of payment. This applies to arrived and onhand orders. We do not issue payment reminders so please be mindful of our deadlines!
✧ Double check your orders before and after checkout. We will not allow order modifications for orders made through the website as formal invoices are generated automatically. Place a new order if there are any mistakes with your previous order. Order confirmations are automated and we will not manually reconfirm with you.
✧ Regardless of reason, we do not accept order cancellations once group order has been secured. Refunds will not be issued unless we are unable to acquire your order (whether due to our inability to secure or manufacturer/artist refunds). In case of manufacturer/artist fault, we will only be able to refund once manufacturer/artist refunds as well.
✧ In cases of refund, please note we can only refund through local Philippine banks and e-wallets. For payments made through PayPal, we cannot refund in full due to PayPal's transaction fees. Please be advised of this risk with PayPal!
✧ We reserve the right to not entertain rude potential buyers as well as terminate transactions with rude and/or irresponsible buyers! Joy reservers/bogus buyers will be posted and blocked.
✧ Regular updates for group orders can be found at our masterlist. Proof of securement for orders can also be found at the masterlist. Kindly check through it before asking us for additional information! You are always welcome to ask us for additional information but we will likely give you the same order updates even if you ask us directly.
✧ ETAs are estimated only. We try our best to meet them but please understand that there may be unavoidable delays due to manufacturing or shipping issues. Manufacturing delays are especially common for fanmade group orders. Any changes to the ETA will be updated on the masterlist. Please do not order if impatient!
✧ hellopsby is a group order manager only. We assist our fellow collectors purchase from sellers outside of the Philippines and organize group orders to save on fees. We are not directly affiliated to the sellers themselves so if any issues arise such as seller/manufacturing issues or shipping delays, it is completely out of our hands. Again, please do not order if impatient.
✧ We are not liable for any manufacturing defects as well as any damages due to courier mishandling before it arrives to our PH address. Actual products may also be different from the manufacturer/artist's previews. These will not be treated as defects. If unsatisfied with quality, please discuss with concerned manufacturer directly. Refunds will not be issued unless manufacturer refunds as well. For replacements, please note additional charges may apply due to additional international shipping fees incurred from the replacement. ✧ Once your order has arrived at our PH address, we will be sending an arrival notice through email. Again, please be extra sure you are inputting your active email during checkout! We will not be responsible for missed arrival notices and any fees incurred due to late payment. We also post on our Twitter account for recent arrivals under #hellopsbyarrivals as well as tag it as arrived in our masterlist. Kindly check through all of these as well as your spam every once in a while to check if your order has arrived.
✧ No rush shipping please! We have a batch shipping schedule that we follow. Should there be special circumstances regarding our shipping schedule, we also announce it on Twitter under #hellopsbyupdates. Kindly check our Shipping & Payment info page for more information.
✧ Combined shipping is allowed for orders that arrive at our PH address within 80 days of each other. Please answer our shipping form promptly to claim your order without any issue! Orders will be considered abandoned if unclaimed (no answer to shipping form) after 45 days of arrival notice and will be put up for resale. Free storage is until the 60th day of arrival; there will be a storage fee of P10/day for the 61st-80th day of storage. If no request for shipout has been received in 80 days, order will be cancelled regardless of any payments made.
✧ Once the group order has been greyed out on the masterlist, all orders still unclaimed in the group order is considered abandoned and will be disposed of/up for resale. Please note we only close group orders once 90 days have passed since it's arrival at our address so any orders included in the group order has already overstayed in our storage. Refunds will not be issued. Again, please answer our shipping form promptly and keep track of your orders to avoid this.
✧ Please be responsible in keeping track of your own orders' payment and/or storage deadlines. Again, kindly note that we do not issue reminders for our deadlines so please be mindful of these! Regardless of reason for missing the deadline, we strictly impose late payment and storage fees and follow our limit for storage. We already provide 60 days of free storage with two weeks to settle any remaining balance; we even provide an allowance of 20-30 days for late claiming (if still possible). That is a quarter of a year to settle your order, which we believe is ample time to settle your order with enough allowance in case you have missed the initial notices. So please understand that we will be disposing your orders if still unsettled and unclaimed beyond our deadlines. We are not your warehouse.
✧ We are not liable for any losses or damages done to your order due to courier mishandling after it is shipped from our PH address. We may occasionally use recycled packing materials but rest assured that we pack securely.
✧ A general reminder to always film an unboxing video to protect your rights as a buyer. Please film an unboxing video once you have received your order so that any issues or claims can be resolved quickly. For missing item concerns, strictly no unboxing video = no refund/replacement. More information regarding this can be found on our Return Policy and FAQs.
✧ We are not full time sellers so there may be times when we cannot attend to your concerns immediately. We are usually online Monday to Saturday, 7PM-12AM PHT. Sundays are our off days. We hope for your understanding and patience!
