— Please note shipping fee from us to you is NOT free nor is it included in the prices in this website. We only don't ask for your shipping address or charge the shipping fee during the ordering process since shipping fees can change by the time the group order has arrived at our PH address.

— We will ask you for your shipping details through our shipping form once your orders have arrived at our PH address. You will be receiving an arrival notice through the email you used during checkout and you may choose your preferred mode of delivery there. Shipping fee will be settled during this process. Again, please make sure you are inputting an active email address!

— If you have multiple orders from different group orders (or even the same group order), combined shipping is allowed as long as your orders arrive within 80 days of each other. The first 60 days of storage (counted from receipt of arrival notice) are free of charge; the 61st to 80th day will incur storage fees of P10 per day. Please keep track of your storage period as orders stored beyond 80 days will be considered cancelled and abandoned regardless of payment status.

— When you receive the shipping form, please make sure to answer with ALL of the order codes that you are having shipped together. We are not liable for missing items if you do not put all of your order codes in the shipping form.

— Local shipping through courier is done by batches. Once your form is submitted and all fees and steps have been settled, your order/s will be shipped within 7 working days. If there are any changes to this schedule, we will announce in advance under #hellopsbyupdates.

— For international buyers, please note shipouts for international orders are only done once-twice a month. Once you've received the arrival notice, please answer the shipping form with your shipping details and preferred method of delivery. We will pack and weigh your orders after submission and give you your shipping fee quote. Please check below for an estimate of shipping fees:

— MyKartero:

✧ Registered Mail (Postal Delivery): starts at $8 (Asia) and $14 (US, EU, etc), takes at least 2 weeks to 2 months, limited insurance coverage

— DHL: starts at $25 (Asia) and $35 (US, EU etc.), full insurance coverage, takes 2-7 days

— If you'd like an estimate of your shipping fee, kindly DM us with the order you have in mind, your preferred mode of delivery and your location.

— Please note we are not liable for any damages or losses caused by the courier. Again, we are a group order manager only and we are not directly affiliated to the couriers.
