It means that the prices already take into account any and all fees, including taxes, transfer fee, overseas warehouse fee, customs fee, packing fees, service fees, international shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees. You only have to pay the given price listed on your total and local shipping fees. There are no hidden additional fees.
We will only ask you for your shipping details once yours orders have arrived to our PH address.

20. I placed an order a while ago and it changed to "Paid" but is still "Awaiting Processing". Is there something wrong?
If your order status changed to "Paid", there's nothing wrong! It means your payment is confirmed and your order is secured. Please note the status will NOT change after this and will remain under "Awaiting Processing" for the rest of the transaction. We only use this website to collect orders, the rest of the transaction will happen through email so please make sure you input an active email!
21, I ordered a set from you and split the set with other buyers. Can you do split shipping?
No, we can't accommodate split shipping. We'll ship the entire set to one buyer only. This also applies to pasalos. We cannot accomodate split shipping if you want to transfer only a portion of your order. We will ship the entire order to one buyer only.
22. I want to request an individual order assistance with you. How does it work?
Please send us a Twitter DM with your request! We'll have to check first if we can accommodate your order. Once we've checked, we'll give you our current rates and fees for pasabuys. For reference, we can usually take orders from Korea, China, Indonesia, Thailand and Japan but please contact us first so we can confirm if we're accepting pasabuys at that moment. Kindly note that we don't do rush pasabuys. For pasabuys, the transaction will be done mostly through Twitter so please contact us with your most active Twitter account. You can track your pasabuy status at our masterlist. Please note we don't actively send photoproofs once arrived at our international address (especially since some addresses do not provide a photoproof).
