Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. What does all in mean?

It means that the prices already take into account any and all fees, including taxes, transfer fee, overseas warehouse fee, customs fee, packing fees, service fees, international shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees. You only have to pay the given price listed on your total and local shipping fees. There are no hidden additional fees.

2. Where are you based?

We're based in Taytay, Rizal, within Greater Metro Manila area.

3. What are your ongoing group orders?

If the item is still up on this website, the group order is still ongoing. You can also check our masterlist as well as the hashtag #hellopsby_go.

4. What are your modes of payment?

BDO, GCash, Maya, PayPal, ShopeePay

5. What are your modes of delivery?

For local, GoGo Xpress, Shopee Checkout (J&T and Shopee Xpress), Same Day Delivery (Lalamove, Grab, Toktok etc.). For international, MyKartero and DHL.

We will only ask you for your shipping details once yours orders have arrived to our PH address.

6. Can I pay in installments?

Yes as long as you can meet the required payment amount on time. You may also do installments even after if you'd like to lessen your balance by the time the next deadline of payment arrives. Just please don't forget to submit a payment form everytime you send a payment so we could keep track of your balance.

7. Should we have paid in full by deadline of payment?

Depending on the group order, you may be required to pay in full by deadline of payment. For orders that allow downpayment, you just need to pay the required downpayment by the deadline. Amount required for downpayment will be listed on the product description. Any remaining balance can be paid upon indicated deadline of payment for remaining balance. For group orders that require full payment, you have to pay in full by deadline; otherwise, your order will be cancelled.

8. Can I cancel my order?

No. We are strictly against order cancellations. Regardless of reason, refusal to pay or order cancellations will lead to getting blacklisted from our store. Any payments made beforehand will not be refunded.

Please order responsibly. If you would like to pasalo your order, we are willing to help you out. If you are canceling/refusing to pay for one order, we will cancel ALL of your orders.

We will not refund you or ship orders that you have already paid for.

9. Can I pasalo/transfer my items?

Yes, however we will still transact with you (the original buyer) throughout the duration of the transaction. Please also note we do NOT allow split shipping! We will only allow pasalo/transferring of an entire order. Just submit with the new buyer's shipping details once the arrival notice has arrived so we can direct the shipment of the order to them. If you have any other concerns, feel free to DM us so we can discuss if we can accomodate your request!

10. Can I consolidate my orders?

Yes, as long as they arrive within 80 days of each other. If one of your orders has arrived and you are putting it on hold to wait for an upcoming order, you have to answer the shipping form for combined shipping within the deadline on the arrival notice.

Our free storage time for orders is 60 days starting from the date the arrival notice has been sent. Beyond 60 days will incur storage fees of P10/day. The order will be cancelled if no shipping request for shipout has been received within 80 days. Refunds will not be issued.

11. Can we ask for an estimate for shipping fees?

Sure! Just DM us with the order you have in mind and preferred shipping method.

12. Can we ask you to open a group order for something?

Yes! Just DM us for requests! However, we reserve the right to reject requests (as it depends on our workload). If it's difficult for us to open a group order, you may request individual order assistance with us instead.

13. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but do expect high shipping fees. Shipping to international addresses will also only be once-twice a month. We encourage you to look for a Philippine address warehouse in order to save on shipping fees instead.

14. I accidentally missed the downpayment deadline! Is my order cancelled?

If the group order has already been secured, your order is cancelled. You will be receiving an order cancellation email. We do not issue payment reminders. Please track your orders responsibly.

15. I don't think I can pay on time. Is it okay if I pay late?

For downpayment, payment extensions are not allowed. For remaining balance, we can allow payment extensions given that you inform us of your late payment before the payment deadline. We can only allow two weeks extension from the original payment deadline. Beyond that will incur the late payment fees of P10 per day past deadline of payment. We do not issue payment reminders. Please track your orders responsibly.

16. My order has arrived and there's an issue with it. What should I do?

Kindly send us an unboxing video so we can process your claims faster. This is especially needed for missing items claims. You may read more into this at our shipping form found in the arrival notice as well as our Return Policy. We strongly encourage everyone to take an unboxing video everytime you open an order so that we can settle your claims faster should there be any. No unboxing video = no refund/exchange (for missing items)

17. I submitted a form and haven't received a response yet. Should I be worried?

For shipping forms, we process within 96 hours of submission. For payment forms, we take up to 5 days for updating payment status/encoding on payment sheets.

If you have yet to receive an update after the given dates, please contact us immediately as your form may not have been recorded properly.

18. I received an arrival notice but accidentally missed the payment/submission deadline! Can I not claim my order anymore?

We can give an allowance of 45 days after the initial deadline stated on the arrival notice for late claiming as long as we have not put your order yet for sale. If you have any remaining balance, you will also need to pay the late payment fees of P10 per day past the deadline. If we have already put your order up for sale, we can no longer accomodate late claiming of your order.

As mentioned in our arrival notice, no submission of shipping form within our deadlines = cancellation of order with no refunds issued. We do not issue reminders. Please track your orders responsibly.

19. What's the status of my order/the group order?

For regular order updates, please check our masterlist. Feel free to DM us if you need any more details!

20. I ordered a set from you and split the set with other buyers. Can you do split shipping?

No, we can't accommodate split shipping. We'll ship the entire set to one buyer only. This also applies to pasalos. We cannot accomodate split shipping if you want to transfer only a portion of your order. We will ship the entire order to one buyer only.

21. I want to request an individual order assistance with you. How does it work?

Please send us a Twitter DM with your request! We'll have to check first if we can accommodate your order. Once we've checked, we'll give you our current rates and fees for pasabuys. For reference, we can usually take orders from Korea, China, Indonesia, Thailand and Japan but please contact us first so we can confirm if we're accepting pasabuys at that moment. Kindly note that we don't do rush pasabuys. For pasabuys, the transaction will be done mostly through Twitter so please contact us with your most active Twitter account. You can track your pasabuy status at our masterlist. Please note we don't actively send photoproofs once arrived at our international address (especially since some addresses do not provide a photoproof).

22. I have an issue with how you handle orders/the shop. How can I direct my concerns to you?

Feel free to raise your concerns with us through any of our channels! We welcome all sorts of feedback ^^

We also have our Terms and Conditions in place so our potential buyers can be made aware of how we handle orders and our shop before placing their trust on us. Once you have placed an order, we trust that you have read, understood and agreed to our policies. Please order responsibly and be kind to everyone ♡
