Group Order Guide:

1. Read through our Terms and Conditions. Once agreed, place your order per group order. If you are interested in multiple group orders, please checkout your orders separately. There should be an order code per group order (multiple group orders with one order code = not allowed, we'll be asking you to redo your order). Please make sure to read the product details for information regarding the group order. Kindly take note of the ETA and payment deadlines. If you are ordering multiple quantities of the same item, you may edit the quantity in your cart/checkout page. At the checkout page, available payment options will show up. Choose your preferred payment option and finish checkout to generate order code.

2. Once your order is placed and order code is generated, pay using your chosen mode of payment and take a screenshot of the transaction. Submit your proof of payment with your order code and your screenshot using the payment form found on the order confirmation email. You may also find the link after checking out and at the bottom of the website. We process payments manually so please allow us up to 96 hours to confirm your payment. You should receive an automated email once your payment is confirmed. This email means that your order is valid and will be secured after deadline of order.

3. Wait for the group order to arrive. You may check the status and updates of the group order at the masterlist. We will also be uploading payment sheets per group order on the masterlist. All valid and secured order codes will be encoded there with payments and balances reflected. If you are paying for your remaining balance in advance and submit a payment form, your balance will be reflected appropriately on the payment sheets after we've confirmed your payment.

4. Once the group order arrives, we will be sending an email for the arrival notice. Included in the arrival notice email is the shipping form where you will provide your address and other relevant shipping details. We will process your shipping form within 96 hours of submission and send you the necessary follow up emails for the shipment of your order. Payment for shipping fee will be done then. Shipping will be done within 1 week (local) once you've settled your shipping fees.

Individual Order Assistance Guide:

1. Send a DM through our Twitter account for your requested item. Kindly send us a product link to make the process smoother (note that we do not do pahanaps so provide us with concrete item details). Please note of our active hours as found on our account's bio; due to our hours, we do not accept rush assists. Kindly reminding you that we are not full time sellers so you may reconsider ordering with us if you need fast assistance.

2. We'll judge if we can assist you and provide you the guidelines and the quoted price. Depending on the order, we may offer an all in price or inform you that there may be additional fees to follow. For group order assistance (orders with 4 or more quantities of the same item/s), kindly check with the seller if group orders are allowed first. Please note we do NOT allow split shipping and we will only ship to the person we communicated with. Any issues with the host should be settled with them directly. Please also note group order assistance are automatically not eligible for a downpayment option.

3. Once you agree with the quoted price, we will be sending you an order confirmation with the payment details. After payment, we will be securing your order and sending you through DMs the proof of purchase.

4. Wait for your order to arrive. You may check the status of your order at the masterlist as found on the "assists" tab. If you are changing your username during the wait, please inform us in advance. Please note we don't actively send photoproofs once arrived at our international address (especially since some addresses do not provide a photoproof).

5. Once it arrives, we will be sending a DM for the arrival notice. Included in the arrival notice is the shipping form where you will provide your address and other relevant shiping details. We will process your submission and send you the necessary follow up emails for the shipment of your order.

* Please note individual order assistance generally takes more time and effort on our part than group orders. We will no longer cater to any further assistance inquiries from people who have a history of sending inquiries but leaving us no reply or indication that they will be proceeding or cancelling their order after we have done our research (and especially once order confirmation has been sent). Please be considerate of our time.
