1. Place order. If you are paying through PayPal, please select the International payment method. If you are paying through PayPal and you do not choose International, we will cancel your order. If you are an international buyer but can pay through Wise, you can choose Local payment.

2. Head to checkout and generate order code. Please generate an order code before payment. This is to secure your slot. If you pay before you checkout, you might run out of slots. The details for the payment method are still viewable after checkout so please do checkout first.

3. You will get an automatic email order confirmation (check spam if not visible immediately).

4. Pay using chosen payment method within 12 hours of checkout. FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT. Submit your proof of payment at our payment form as linked at checkout. No payment after 12 hours = will cancel order.

5. Send the screenshot of your payment transaction as well as the transaction ID at the payment form. NO PAYMENT FORM = NO ORDER.

6. We'll confirm your payment and order within 12 hours. We'll send your game redemption codes through the order confirmation email. If 12 hours has passed and you've received no response, please feel free to DM. (If you order and pay after 10PM GMT +8, please do expect your code to arrive the next day already.)

7. Please take a screenrecording of you claiming the code. If there are any issues to redemption, we can present it as proof to the game's customer service. Strictly no screenrecording = no refund if there are any issues!
